About Me

I spent over 15 years in corporate sales and marketing development before transitioning into a career in real estate. Early on, I was honored to be recognized as one of the Platinum Top 50 REALTORS® in San Antonio and consistently ranked among the Top 20 Luxury Agents in the seventh-largest city in the nation by the San Antonio Business Journal.

Within JBGoodwin REALTORS®, I’ve had the opportunity to grow through key leadership roles including Sales Manager, Vice President, and now President. Along the way, I led the growth of our San Antonio Division from 125 agents to over 425 agents. In my first year as President, I was honored to be named the San Antonio Board of REALTORS® Manager of the Year and Platinum Top 50 Executive of the Year. During my tenure, our San Antonio Division earned back-to-back #1 Top Workplace honors from 2021 to 2025, and our company was named the #1 Top Workplace in the United States in 2025 by USA Today.

I currently serve on the Board of Directors for the San Antonio Board of REALTORS® and on the Residential Forms Task Force for Texas REALTORS®. I’m passionate about serving our industry and am grateful to share insights as a speaker at national and international conferences, including Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, the National Association of REALTORS® Broker Summit, and RISMedia’s Annual Conference.
